MELA Headteacher Briefings

Held remotely, these are information session to heard from key partners such as the Local authority or the Thames Gateway Teaching School Hub.
MELA Zone Support Group
Held Face to Face on the Fourth Thursday of every term.

School to school support where schools are able to bring case where they need help with pupils and the collective group support.

MELA Zone
Meetings
The third Wednesday of every Term.

Held Face to Face, a chance for headteachers in Geographical Zones to come together for CPD and discussion local issues.

MELA Leader Ship - We're all in the same boat!
Held each Even Term on the fifth Friday. Zone 1 & 2 meet together and Zone 3 & 4
A headteacher peer support group. Heads bring a school based problem and other leaders bring the suggestions.
